Oh how good and pleasant it is when brethren live together in unity!-Psalm 133:1

In late 2017, a conversation began between St. Bartholomew’s and St. Matthew’s Missionary Baptist Church about how both congregations might best address some of the challenges they were facing. 

 

The result was that St. Matthew’s began to offer worship and several of their ministries on the St. Bart’s property beginning in December of that year.  This has evolved, and continues to evolve, into a beautiful partnership that is fostering great and necessary conversation across racial and ecumenical lines.
